Woodland Village is a garden apartment complex for working class families, located in Lindenwold, NJ. Ten years of burglary, drug crime, and overall drama helped to contribute to a pretty bad rap for this housing complex, then known as Coachman Manor. After being bought by a developer in early 2013, my agency was contacted to lead a rebranding effort aimed at attracting single professionals, young families, and a more mature crowd. Paired with extensive renovations, our hope is to breath new life into Woodland Village, to provide a calm and peaceful living space and develop a new, safer neighborhood.
